End: Chi – Movement & Meditation – with Nathan Tresfold: 

If you are interested in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Gung or Meditation, then you will be inspired by this unique movement system. Blending still poses with flowing movements, it is simple, dynamic and effective. It is easy to learn and yields powerful results. A gentle and nourishing practice based on the natural harmonics of the body. 6pm-7pm at Queen Street Community Hall Yeppoon.

Rest… Relax… Restore… Meditation: 

Join the Gypsy Moon Tribe for a Kundalini Meditation class which contains specific tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus. Cost is $10 per person. 7pm-8.30pm at Quality Street Salon, Yeppoon.

Book Club: 

Come along and meet our friendly fellow book clubbers, and bring a friend for a cuppa at our informal gathering of like minded literary lovers. 5.45pm-6.45pm at Yeppoon Library.

Story Bites:

This under 5s event will be held at Emu Park Library from 10am-10.30am.

Yeppoon Seniors Fitness: 

Specifically tailored for older Australians, the perfect combination of strength, conditioning and resistance training. 7:45am-8:30am at Jungle Gym, 51 Tanby Road, Yeppoon.

This under 5s event will be held at Yeppoon Library from 10am-11am.

The Importance of Being Earnest – Auditions:

Is Your dream of treading the boards? It could be realized if you attend the upcoming auditions for The Importance of Being Earnest, being held at Yeppoon Little Theatre on Friday the 10th and Saturday the 11th of February at 7pm.

Over the Fence Comedy Film Festival: 

This year we have an excellent selection of 14 comedy shorts from around the world, which take on quirky conundrums. 7.30pm at Yeppoon Town Hall.

James Squire Dinner & Tasting: 

Experience James Squire’s craft beer range at its best. Enjoy carefully paired cheeses and a delicious three course meal with live entertainment with an ocean backdrop at the Clubhouse. In the Commodore Room at Keppel Bay Sailing Club from 6.30pm.
