If you are interested in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Chi Gung or Meditation, then you will be inspired by this unique movement system. Blending still poses with flowing movements, it is simple, dynamic and effective. It is easy to learn and yields powerful results. Join the Gypsy Moon Tribe for a Kundalini Meditation class which contains specific tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus. Cost is $10 per person. 7pm-8.30pm at Quality Street Salon, Yeppoon.
